"Dragons are real" was my senior capstone project. I had two elements that I wanted to make sure I included in this project: Typography and fantasy. These are two elements that I utilized all throughout my school career, and so I thought there was no better choice than to combine the two for my final project.

I based my project on illuminated manuscripts, due to their ties to medieval times.
Illuminated manuscripts have a lot of different elements that make them how they are. Very crowded decorations surrounding the text, intricately decorated borders, and of course, the illuminated letter to start of the page. I made sure that these elements were included in each poster, while also looking modern.
My goal was to make a series of posters that would do well with standing on their own, while still looking cohesive and elegant together as a set.
